Connect your infrastructure
Bind a system to a reviewed connector, test the connection, and make approved reads available.
Connectors let ConvergeSense work with supported systems through their native API or CLI. Available releases come from your online Engines and the reviewed connector catalog.
Add a connection
- Open Connectors and choose Add connection.
- Select the Engine that can reach the target system.
- Choose an available reviewed connector release.
- Supply the connection details required by the wizard.
- Test the exact connector version and activate it after live conformance checks pass.
Only an owner can create, adopt, activate, or rotate a connection. Operators can view its progress.
Review the available operations
A connection can expose different read operations depending on the connector and device. Select only the operations needed for your intended investigation or workflow.
Tool policies determine which of those operations an agent can discover. See Tools and permissions.
Understand version pinning
Connections and tools are tied to reviewed connector and contract digests. This prevents a changed operation from silently inheriting the permissions of an earlier version.
If a connector changes, review the affected binding and its tool readiness. A tool_not_found response can mean that the binding is unready, unapproved, or has drifted from its reviewed digest.
When no releases appear
Confirm that an online Engine advertises storage encryption and at least one locally reviewed, read-only connector with onboarding support. If the target system has no supported release, contact support with the system family and the operation you need.
Do not include credentials or raw customer output in a support request.
